RT -- Day 1

Tears were shed, and I admit that most of them were, in fact, mine.  Not all though.

(Some were also mine.)

It all started with sleep deprivation.  I was great until we got to the lake.  Now, I'm very particular about my food, so I didn't exactly want fast food for lunch.  I wasn't in the mood.  Let's rewind, first.

The Boulevard of 500 flags was really cool and the view of the lake was amazing.  Now, we are back at the picnic.  I was ticked off by the food, then there was Isaac, who pulled my hair in the family picture.

 (The hair pulling incident.)

Now we're at Niagara Falls.  It was AMAZING!  But I was tired and hungry.  We went on the trolley, Maid of the Mist, and then went into Canada.  The hostel is pretty cool and I get top bunk! Well, I guess that's it for today!

SOPHIE -- OUT!

(Post Script: Not mentioned, but also part of RT -- Day 1 --> a pit stop in Kirtland.  And for the record -- the boulevard of flags underwhelmed EVERYONE, regardless of Sophie's cheery recap.  Hahahaha.)

(Back on the road, jamming to The Backyardigans on the iPad.)
